Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the rental of photo booth equipment and services provided by Pic-A-Booth ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") to the client ("Client," "you," or "your"). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. Service Agreement

Pic-A-Booth agrees to provide photo booth rental services as outlined in the Client’s booking confirmation, invoice, or service agreement. Services may include but are not limited to:

  • Photo booth equipment rental

  • Delivery, setup, and breakdown

  • On-site attendant (if included in package)

  • Digital and/or printed photos

  • Custom templates or overlays

  • Props and accessories

Services will be provided at the agreed-upon date, time, and location.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Reservation Requirement

A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer fee are required to secure the event date. Dates are not reserved until payment is received.

2.2 Payment Schedule

  • A retainer fee of [Insert Amount or Percentage] is required at booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than [Insert Number] days prior to the event date.

  • Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of services without refund of the retainer.

2.3 Accepted Payment Methods

Pic-A-Booth accepts payments via [Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Zelle, Cash App, Bank Transfer, etc.].

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 No Refund Policy

All payments made to Pic-A-Booth are non-refundable.

3.2 Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their event based on availability. Pic-A-Booth will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.

3.3 Exception for Company Fault

Refunds or partial refunds may be issued only if Pic-A-Booth fails to provide services due to circumstances directly caused by Pic-A-Booth.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide adequate space for photo booth setup (minimum recommended space: 8 ft x 8 ft x 8 ft)

  • Provide access to a standard electrical outlet within 25 feet of setup location

  • Ensure a safe, dry, and stable environment

  • Ensure venue permits photo booth operation

  • Prevent guests from damaging equipment

The Client is responsible for any damage caused by guests.

5. Setup and Breakdown

Pic-A-Booth will arrive approximately [Insert Time, e.g., 60–90 minutes] prior to the scheduled start time for setup and will dismantle equipment after the rental period ends.

Early access must be arranged in advance with the venue and Client.

6. Equipment and Damage

The Client is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or intentional acts by the Client or event guests.

The Client agrees to pay the full repair or replacement cost if damage occurs.

7. Operation and Safety

Pic-A-Booth reserves the right to stop services if:

  • Equipment is being misused

  • Guests are acting in a threatening, unsafe, or destructive manner

  • Conditions are unsafe for staff or equipment

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)

The Client must provide adequate protection from weather conditions, including:

  • Rain

  • Wind

  • Excessive heat or cold

  • Direct sunlight

Pic-A-Booth reserves the right to refuse setup in unsafe weather conditions.

9. Liability and Limitation

Pic-A-Booth shall not be held liable for:

  • Venue restrictions

  • Power outages

  • Internet connectivity issues (if applicable)

  • Acts of God (weather, natural disasters)

  • Venue delays

  • Client or guest interference

  • Unforeseen technical failures beyond our control

Pic-A-Booth’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client.

10. Digital Images and Delivery

Digital images will be delivered within [Insert timeframe, e.g., 3–7 business days] unless otherwise stated.

Pic-A-Booth is not responsible for lost, deleted, or corrupted files due to technical issues beyond reasonable control.

11. Image Usage and Marketing

Pic-A-Booth reserves the right to use photos taken during events for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, including social media and website use.

Clients may request in writing that their images not be used.

12. Access, Space, and Venue Requirements

Client is responsible for ensuring:

  • Venue allows photo booth setup

  • Adequate parking is available

  • Setup location is accessible

  • Any required permits or permissions are obtained

Additional fees may apply if access is delayed or restricted.

13. Force Majeure

Pic-A-Booth shall not be held responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Severe weather

  • Emergencies

In such cases, services may be rescheduled.

14. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pic-A-Booth from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of photo booth services at the event.

15. Agreement and Acceptance

By booking services with Pic-A-Booth, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between Pic-A-Booth and the Client.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Pic-A-Booth operates.
