Refund Policy

At Pic-A-Booth, we are committed to providing exceptional photo booth rental services and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. Due to the nature of event-based services, equipment reservation, staffing commitments, and date blocking, all payments made to Pic-A-Booth are non-refundable except under specific circumstances outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy

All deposits, retainers, and final payments made to Pic-A-Booth are non-refundable.

When a client books our services, the event date and time are reserved exclusively for that client. As a result, we may turn away other potential bookings for that same date. For this reason:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Partial payments are non-refundable.

  • Final payments are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the client.

2. Rescheduling & Date Adjustments

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. While refunds are not provided, Pic-A-Booth will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes under the following conditions:

  • The client must submit a written request to reschedule.

  • The new requested date must be within 12 months of the original event date.

  • The new date is subject to availability.

  • The rescheduling request must be made at least 14 days prior to the original event date.

If Pic-A-Booth is available on the new date:

  • Payments previously made will be applied to the rescheduled event.

  • No additional fee will be charged for the first reschedule (at Pic-A-Booth’s discretion).

  • Additional rescheduling requests may incur a rescheduling fee.

If Pic-A-Booth is not available on the requested new date:

  • The policy remains in effect and payments will not be refunded.

3. Client Cancellations

If the client chooses to cancel for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of plans

  • Venue cancellation

  • Weather conditions

  • Illness

  • Personal or financial reasons

No refund will be issued. However, Pic-A-Booth may allow a one-time credit toward a future event within 12 months, subject to availability.

4. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

Pic-A-Booth is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Power outages at venue

  • Venue-related issues

  • Acts of God

In such cases, Pic-A-Booth will work in good faith to reschedule the event but will not issue refunds.

5. Exception – Fault Caused by Pic-A-Booth

A refund may be issued only if Pic-A-Booth fails to provide services due to direct fault or negligence on our part, including:

  • Failure to appear at the scheduled event without notice

  • Equipment malfunction that cannot be resolved during the event and results in complete service failure

  • Failure to provide contracted services as outlined in the signed agreement

If such a situation occurs:

  • Pic-A-Booth will first attempt to remedy the issue onsite.

  • If the issue cannot be resolved and services cannot be delivered, a full or partial refund may be issued at Pic-A-Booth’s discretion, depending on the extent of services not rendered.

Refunds will not be issued for minor technical issues that do not prevent the overall delivery of service.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By signing the rental agreement and submitting payment, the client agrees to this Refund Policy. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without valid cause under this policy may result in:

  • Immediate cancellation of services

  • Legal action to recover funds

  • Additional administrative and legal fees

7. Agreement

By booking with Pic-A-Booth, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy.
